Stop Centro Cuts - City Council Meeting

Facing a $4.5 million budget gap, Centro officials are considering eliminating all bus service after 9 p.m. on weekdays, 7 p.m. on Saturdays and all rides on Sundays and holidays.

This is a cut that would affect thousands of riders in Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga and Oswego counties.

This is the latest in a series of cuts to services Syracuse residents rely on due to the budget slashing politics of politicians at all levels of New York government.

Please come to this public meeting to speak up in support of maintaining and expanding CNY's bus services.  More info to come! Let us know you are coming. Arrive before 5:30 if you can - you should be able to sign up to speak at this meeting but there will be lots of people, so not everyone will have an opportunity to voice their opinions.  We'll have signs and more.
